Eastside Sings! plans four performances in July

Eastside Sings! will present “Summer Sing-Along 2010,” featuring a different choral masterwork every Tuesday evening in July.

This summer’s lineup is: Mozart Requiem, Howells Requiem, Bach Magnificat, and Beethoven 9th Symphony Ode to Joy. All Eastside Sings! events are held at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Bellevue, and start at 7 p.m.

Singers of all abilities are invited to participate. One of four established Eastside choirs anchors each week’s performance, with its respective leader directing. Each masterwork will be introduced, explained, and practiced before being performed.
