Blue C Sushi opens

A Seattle favorite has arrived in Bellevue today with the opening of Blue C Sushi in Bellevue Square. Eastsiders will have the opportunity to dine at the new chic location offering quality kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi, a fun and interactive dining experience.

Selecting from nine made-to-order menu items, diners hand-select dishes as they slowly glide by on a conveyer belt. Plates are color coded according to price and speciality orders can be placed by the push of a button.

The Bellevue location will include two conveyor belts; the smaller, more intimate bar accommodates 20 and can be reserved for groups. A 1,600-square-foot mezzanine lounge will feature a full bar and there will be free Xbox game nights in the lounge, with a $25 food and beverage minimum per hour per group. There will be four gaming pods for play within a group or against others.

The Lounge menu will feature food from Blue C Sushi and Boom Noodle, which will open in mid-March adjacent to Blue C.
