Bellevue College faculty art exhibit opens Wednesday

Works of art by Bellevue College art faculty – sculpture, ceramics, photography, drawing and more – will go on exhibit Wednesday in the college’s Gallery Space.

Works of art by Bellevue College art faculty – sculpture, ceramics, photography, drawing and more – will go on exhibit Wednesday in the college’s Gallery Space.

The show will remain open to the public, free of charge, through Dec. 8.

A reception for the artists will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday in the gallery, which is located in room 271 of the college’s D Building.

The featured artists include Dale Lindman (drawing and painting), Lars Husby (ceramics), Victor Sandblom (drawing and painting), Linda Thomas (2D design, printmaking), Pat De Caro (drawing, painting) Ron Tanzi (painting) and Ross Brown (sculpture, drawing).

Bellevue College’s Gallery Space is open to the public this fall on Mondays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., while the college is in session. The gallery is closed Friday through Sunday.

The college’s main campus is located at 3000 Landerholm Circle S.E., Bellevue, at the intersection of S.E. 28th St. and 148th Ave. S.E.
