1. Marriage has always been between a man and a woman and that should be a preserved institution. We cannot allow marriage to become a genderless relationship.

2. Every child deserves a father and a mother. Why is there a “father” term and a “mother” term? It is because both are so unique and important to the family. A man and a woman come together and become one to create a family.

3. Little children in schools will learn about same-sex marriage and because they learn about it at such a young age, when they grow older, they will not be able to distinguish what traditional marriage is and true marriage will not be preserved. Please help keep true marriage alive in Washington and reject R-74.
