Here is another way one might look at the wages for the poor, which I believe are the largest group of workers.

 

Here is another way one might look at the wages for the poor, which I believe are the largest group of workers. Instead of thinking of it as a minimum wage, one might consider it to be a maximum wage – the maximum amount to be paid to them in order to ensure the 1 percent have maximum income and profits for themselves.

In might be why we have massive amounts of poverty and increasing inequities for well over the two centuries that democracies and capitalism have been around.
