Diane Tebelius, our candidate from the 48th District, to the Washington state House, will be such a great asset for us, as our representative in Olympia.
As a former math teacher, she does not sufferfrom a consuming fear of numbers, as some legislators do. That’s a quality which will make wise decisions so much easier.
She is one who isn’t afraid to prioritize projects to make sure that the Real Business of government gets done, before we add “ruffles” and embellishments. That kind of analysis will help build roads that don’t crumble and dams that can contain rising rivers, keeping our homes and our streets safe.
She will work to ensure that quality work is done and quality materials are used. That’s the job of government. That’s the way it should be done, in America.
In other words, lawmakers should consider possible results of government actions; and plan them, so they actually do good — not just make us feel good.
Diane’s words and actions tell us, she understands all that. Vote to send her to Olympia.
