Shooting of Native American calls for a probe

Like many around the Seattle Area I find the shooting of Native American John T. Williams very shocking. How the killing of this man can be justified is far beyond the comprehension of any one with an ounce of intelligence or morality.

I agree with Native Americans that this killing should be given the highest priority by the mayor of Seattle and a probe conducted immediately and that Native Americans should be included in those conducting the probe. The police cannot be relied upon to investigate themselves.

Is this the way America is going to deal with its homeless and poor – giving anyone in a uniform a blank check to shoot them until they are dead?

We are overly concerned about protecting tax breaks for the rich while ignoring the needs and concerns of the bulk of the population.
