A new temporary downtown Bank of America branch is set to open Monday, Dec. 8, replacing the one slated for demolition on the corner of 106th Avenue Northeast and Northeast Fourth Street to make way for Schnitzer West’s 16-story Centre 425 office tower.

Bank of America will be a prominent tenant in the new office tower once completed, occupying 6,000 square feet. Schnitzer West plans to demolish the branch to begin constructing Centre 425 a week after the new, temporary branch opens. The temporary location is at 10833 N.E. Second St.
