In late January, national real estate firm Patrinely Group LLC and New York City real estate investment firm, Dune Real Estate Partners, purchased the FOUR106 office tower site from FANA Group of Companies. The real estate firms have begun construction, which is set to be completed by 2025.
The 484,000 square foot, 21-story office tower will act as a mixed use facility after and includes about 480,000 square feet of rentable space.

FOUR106 will feature a fully equipped fitness center with showers and lockers, hands free entries, delivery dispatch hands free elevators, and hands free restrooms. The space will also have underground parking with electric vehicle charging stations, with nearby access to I-405 and I-90.
