Phyllis R. Nomura has been named Chief Financial Officer/Executive Vice President of Core Business Bank in Bellevue.

Nomura has spent the past 20 years working in the financial services industry as an external auditor, accountant, and business unit and company leader.

She has served as first vice president financial planning and analysis at Washington Mutual, senior vice president and chief financial officer at Viking Financial Services Corporation/Viking Bank, and most recently as director of finance/interim chief financial officer with 1st Security Bank of Washington.
