The American Public Works Association Washington Chapter awarded Gretchen Johnson, senior contracts specialist at Bellevue’s KBA, the James Robertson Award for outstanding service at its fall conference in Kennewick.

Johnson was co-chair of the Division 1 Construction Standards Committed for the past decade and led development and maintenance of the APWA Local Agency General Special Provisions, which is utilized by agencies and consultants statewide.

She also led an effort to General Special Provisions to a web-based system that she designed and maintains.
