Keith Frachiseur has been named to the new post of regional vice president for the Pacific Northwest territory for Houston-based Envoy Mortgage.

Frachiseur will lead the company’s expansion in the Washington, Oregon and Idaho areas.

Frachiseur joins Envoy after three years as president of Bellevue-based mortgage banker Axia Financial. In the mid-1990s, he was a commissioner of the Washington State Mortgage Brokerage Commission and was president of the Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers prior to transitioning his company into mortgage banking. He also is the former president of Bellevue-based Evergreen Home Loans, which he grew from three branches to 22 branches in four years.
