Express Construction has hired Richard Balster as a project manager and David Anderson as a superintendent.

Balster has over 20 years of experience in project management and estimating on projects that range from large manufacturing facilities to tenant improvements. He earned his bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Washington State University.

Anderson has 30 years of construction experience working his way from laborer to master carpenter, specializing in commercial and residential installations. He recently helped install custom cabinetry and finish work for The Bellevue Towers and The Escala Condominiums.
