Bellevue-based Foushée, one of the region’s most recognized full-service general contractors, has named 16-year executive Eric Jones as President and Chief Operating Officer and Lisa Koch as Chief Financial Officer.

In making the announcements, company Founder and CEO Jeff Foushée stated that Jones has been selected as the firm’s president in response to the company’s need to position itself for future growth.

“Foushée has experienced steady growth during the past 30 years and Eric has played a significant role in the growth,” Foushée said. “As we move into the next 30-year cycle, my co-founder partner Loch Anderson and I see Eric and Lisa’s enhanced roles as a natural step for both our company and our valued clients.”

Foushée says he will continue to serve as the firm’s CEO and, in addition to his fiduciary company oversight, he and company co-founder Loch Anderson will continue as senior principals of the project management and business development teams.

Jones assumes the day-to-day responsibilities of running the company and leading the project management team.

Foushée celebrated its 30th anniversary on May 14.

Jones’s 22-year construction career includes work with Sellen Construction and Howard S. Wright Construction. He has been with Foushée for more than 16 years and holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Washington.

Koch is an 11-year Foushée employee. As CFO she will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company and is also charged with leading Foushée’s human resource and information technology initiatives.

Before her employment at Foushée, Koch ran her own business providing financial consulting services for many clients in construction and related fields.
