Dan Oxford has been promoted to senior vice president and Chief Appraiser at Banner Bank.
Oxford joined Banner in 2010 and in all has more than 12 years of bank appraisal experience. He holds a ba chelor’s degree from Northwest University and earned an MBA from Gonzaga University.
