Andrew Prather, a shareholder with CPA firm Clark Nuber, was recently elected as chair of the Not-for-Profit Committee of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA), effective June 1, 2010.

The WSCPA is the professional membership organization serving 10,000 Washington State CPAs. The WSCPA Not-for-Profit Committee is a network of accounting professionals from public accounting firms and not-for-profit organizations that share their diverse expertise and connections to be valuable resources to each other.

“I am honored to have been elected as committee chair. I feel it is a privilege to not only represent your profession but to also be recognized by your peers. I look forward to serving the committee and the not-for-profit community in the coming year,” said Prather.

Clark Nuber employs more than 150 people.
