Dochnahl named to hospital board

University of Washington Medicine has appointed Bernadene Dochnahl to Valley Medical Center’s Board of Trustees.

Dochnahl, of Renton, will serve as a community trustee appointed from within the medical center’s tax-supported service area, which includes a portion of Bellevue. Her six-year term began Oct. 17. Previously, she served as a commissioner for Valley Medical Center from 1991 to 1993.
