Fifth graders at St. Thomas School in Medina hosted a food drive for Hopelink this week with the community invited to bring nonperishable foods to the school.
The students wrote a short skit that they performed as a kick-off for the drive and also worked to create a slide show presentation about hunger and the importance of the food drive.
Those who wish to donate can drop off items at the school, 8300 NE 12th St.
