Eastside Audubon to hold plant sale

Eastside Audubon will hold its annual Pacific NW Native Plant Sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 30 at the Kirkland Children’s School (5311 – 108th Ave. NE, Kirkland). Plant experts will help people select from over 100 species of Pacific NW native plants: flowering, fruit-bearing, edible plants; ground covers; trees of all sizes; evergreens and perennials.

Pacific NW native plants attract birds and butterflies and are nearly care-free after the first year of growth.
