STIR / Martini + Raw Bar set to open doors in August

The duo behind 0/8 Seafood Grill and Twisted Cork wine bar are bringing a brand new restaurant concept to the Eastside. Stir / Martini + Raw Bar will feature raw and cooked Pacific Northwest seafood and offer customized cocktails. Slated to open in early August, STIR will be located at 900 Bellevue Way N.E. just off the Wintergarden of Bellevue Place.
