Bellevue needs terrific pool facility

Regarding the Reporter’s recent article on “Bellevue, King County working to find solution to lack of Eastside pool.”

Hooray!

To have a terrific pool facility that will serve all ages is good for the Eastside. Perhaps they can use the Snohomish Aquatic Center as a good example since it provides so much for so many. On a related note, it is too bad that Bellevue School District does not allow students to do any water activities (except swim teams). For a city that has lakes on two sides, this rule seems to be very unwise.
