Kelsey Creek PTSA wins award

The Kelsey Creek Homeschool PTSA in Bellevue has received a award for efforts during Take Your Family to School Week, Feb. 13-19.
It was the only local PTA in the state to receive one of the 32 grants to help promote family engagement.
