Pastry chef coming to Sizzleworks

Nationally recognized pastry chef George Geary will be at Sizzleworks Cooking School in Bellevue at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 20.
Chef Carol Dearth, director of Sizzleworks notes “At this busy time of year, many home cooks are contemplating the approaching holidays, and feeling a bit lost. Geary is coming to help with your holiday preparations.”
He will be preparing with our students an array of chocolate goodies from his book: The Complete Baking Cookbook – Over 350 Recipes from Cakes to Cookies to Pies and Muffins, which represents favorite recipes from 25 years of Geary’s work
