The dichotomy of tolling and internet neutrality | Letter

Gov. Jay Inslee, Attorney General Bob Ferguson and the Washington State Department of Transportation strongly advocate internet neutrality and highway tolling. Net neutrality gives everyone an equal path to their destination, while tolling (a regressive tax) gives an advantage to the privileged who pay to reach their destination faster. Is this convenient thinking without a base in principle?
