Bellevue police promotes 2

The Bellevue Police Department has promoted two of its officers.
Traffic Lieutenant John McCracken has been promoted to Patrol Captain, and Detective Travess Forbush was promoted to Patrol Lieutenant. A ceremony was held in their honor at City Hall, June 13.
