The sun came out in Bellevue for the second day in a row, and people took advantage of the opportunity. The streets hummed with activity Saturday, from joggers in the park, to shoppers at Bellevue Square, to an overloaded car wash, people were not content to spend the day inside.

Temperatures ranged near 60 degrees Saturday, coming within three degrees of the record for the day. At Bellevue’s Downtown Park, it seemed much closer to summer than winter. Shirtless men wandered the tracks around the park, while many families brought the kids onto the field to bat around a baseball, play volleyball or toss a football.

Forecasts call for another nice day on Sunday, with temperatures and conditions returning back to the grey variety early in the week.
