Kurtis Skinner of Bellevue receives scholarship

Kurtis Skinner of Bellevue received a $750 Ada and Don Walter Endowment Fund for the 2011-2012 academic year at Western Washington University. He is majoring in music composition and is the son of David and Michele Skinner of Bellevue.
