Go Red For Women set at Bellevue Macy’s on Saturday

Macy’s and Overlake Hospital Medical Center will host Go Red For Women on Saturday to draw attention to heart disease.

The event, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bellevue Square Macy’s, will feature a passport program with “heart-healthy” stops designed to educate participants on living a healthy lifestyle, including physical activity, nutrition and stress reduction. Participants who complete the passport program will be entered to win a grand prize from Macy’s.

Also, heart disease/stroke survivors and women who have made healthy lifestyle changes are invited to come and share their personal stories and enter a national search for Go Red spokespersons.
