El Gaucho to feature Moët and Hennessy dinner

El Gaucho Bellevue will hold a Moët and Hennessy dinner with passed appetizers and five courses on April 21 at 6:30 p.m. Pairings include Moët, Dom Perignon, Veuve Clicquot, Domaine Ruinart and Hennessy.
