Quadrant Homes, Washington State’s largest homebuilder, has sold the Tournament Players Course (TPC) at Snoqualmie Ridge to BrightStar Golf Group. Based in Carlsbad, Calif., BrightStar is a golf management firm which owns and operates golf properties in selective markets throughout the United States.

A private club, TPC at Snoqualmie Ridge is the only Jack Nicklaus designed signature club in the Northwest. The 222-acre property is located in the Snoqualmie Ridge master-planned community in Snoqualmie.

The “Tournament Players Course” designation reflects a licensing arrangement with the PGA Tour. It means the Snoqualmie Ridge course has been designed and constructed to accommodate the professional golf circuit and major tour events. Opened in 1999, the course has been home to the annual Boeing Classic PGA Champions Tour tournament.

BrightStar Golf’s acquisition of TPC at Snoqualmie Ridge marks the first Pacific Northwest addition to the company’s property portfolio.

The TPC at Snoqualmie Ridge has been owned since its development by Quadrant Homes, a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company.
