Hector selected to play in All-American Bowl

Bellevue resident and Eastside Catholic defensive back Ayden Hector has been selected to play in the annual East vs. West matchup in the All-American Bowl on Jan. 4 in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

He was set to receive his honorary All-American jersey along with teammates Sam Adams II, a running back from Kirkland, and Gee Scott Jr., a wide receiver from Sammamish, at a ceremony on Nov. 21 at Eastside Catholic.

The game will be nationally televised on NBC. The broadcast begins at 10 a.m. with a noon kickoff and features the nation’s top 100 best high school senior football players.
