Volleyball

Saints sweep Totems, Rebels

The Saints took the volleyball version of the Crossroads Cup from the rival Totems in a sweep before beating Juanita 3-0 as well.

Interlake was led by the 20 kills of junior Julia Regalia against Sammamish.

Kendall Davis added 25 digs and Jacqueline Regalia and Isabelle Long each finished with seven kills in the win over Sammamish, and added 20 more in the win over Juanita.

Bellevue splits pair

Bellevue picked up a win with a sweep of the Patriots before falling 3-0 to Mercer Island in its next match.

Julia Pettere had a team high 23 digs to go with four assists and an ace in the win.

Ella Young had eight kills along with three digs and a block.

Girls soccer

Bellevue 3 Liberty 0

Bellevue maintained the top spot in the conference standings with a shutout of Libety.

Lillie French, Isabelle Butterfield and Sabrina Mohazzabfar each found the net for the Wolverines, while Sam Fredman got the shutout in goal.

Bellevue still perfect after dropping MI

Bellevue kept its record perfect in the pool, as the two-time defending state champions of water polo beat Mercer Island 16-14.

Senior George French led the way with four goals, along with freshman Cameron Hayes. Garrett Moffat had eight saves in goal in the win.
