Elect those willing to fund art in schools | Letter

As an aspiring artist, I have had experience with my school’s arts program. To me, there seems to be a lack of funding and supplies. For example, in one of my art classes, it took a considerable amount of effort to find a usable paint brush.

I feel that the arts are underrepresented, and deserve more attention than they get. I enjoy the opportunity to creatively express myself, and I would encourage you to elect those who believe in art, and are willing to fund it in schools.
