Helen Patricia (Sikorski) Fortier was born in suburban Detroit on January 18, 1927 and died in Everett, WA just one month short of her 92 birthday.

Helen married Nelson Roland Fortier on May 1, 1954 becoming the step mother of two young boys. She went on to have another two sons and a daughter. The family migrated from the Midwest and settled in the Bellevue area of the Pacific Northwest where she made her home for 40 years before moving to Everett in her later years to be near her youngest son.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Louise Chapel at 11:00 am Friday March 29, 2019.
