Wellness Fair planned at The Bellettini

The Bellettini and Right at Home will co-sponsor the “Living in Balance” Wellness Fair from 1-4 p.m. Aug. 30 at The Bellettini, 1115 108th Ave. NE in Bellevue. The fair will enable seniors and their adult children to meet and be informed by over 20 local healthcare practitioners and wellness advisors.

The Bellettini and Right at Home will co-sponsor the “Living in Balance” Wellness Fair from 1-4 p.m. Aug. 30 at The Bellettini, 1115 108th Ave. NE in Bellevue. The fair will enable seniors and their adult children to meet and be informed by over 20 local healthcare practitioners and wellness advisors.

Attendees also can receive complimentary healthy choice

appetizers and refreshments, and enter a raffle to win a spa/dinner package worth $500.

Activities and presentations include spine screening, foot-care information, naturopathic medicine for seniors, chair massages, healthy living demonstrations, health assessments, healthcare technology, nutrition, respite care, hearing tests, cooking demonstrations, tips for avoiding injuries and falls, care management, and lectures.
