‘Rampathon’ project builds wheelchair ramp for Bellevue woman

Roberta Bacha of Bellevue received a new wheelchair ramp Saturday as part of “Rampathon,” a program of the Master Builders Care Foundation and Remodelors Council.

More than 300 volunteers organized into teams to construct 20 wheelchair ramps for disabled homeowners in King and Snohomish counties. Since 1993, Rampathon has provided more than 270 disabled homeowners with free wheelchair ramps.

The Master Builders Care Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.

Todd Lozier of Lochwood-Lozier Custom Homes was the team captain at the Bacha project.
