Vehicles scratched: Overnight, 15000 block of Main Street. Someone scratched multiple vehicles in a storage yard, causing more than $32,000 in damage.

Grab and flee: 9 p.m., Bellevue Square. Two unknown suspects entered the Cingular Wireless store, cut the security tethers to two phones and fled into the mall with the phones. The total amount of loss was more than $1,000.

Tool theft: Overnight, 800 block of 108th Avenue Northeast. Someone entered the parking garage at Washington Square and stole more than $1,000 of various tools.

Lewd conduct: 10:05 p.m., 10200 block of Northeast 12th Street. Someone saw suspect masturbating near 12 Place Condo.

Questionable actions: 13600 block of Southeast Allen Road. Three subjects were located at Tyee Middle School with a small fire. One subject said he burned some papers.

Missing person: 12:30 p.m., 500 block of 157th Avenue Southeast. Complainant reported his daughter had run away.

Threatening e-mail: 4:28 a.m., 13200 block of Southeast 30th Street. Victim received an e-mail at work claiming she would be targeted to be killed, unless she paid $8,000.

Home burglary: 5:48 p.m., 15300 block of Southeast 25th Street. Suspect entered residence and stole $1,000 worth of various items.

Bell theft: 5:30 p.m., 12400 block of Northeast 29th Street. Someone stole a $250 antique brass bell from a steam locomotive.

Burglary: 11 a.m., 14000 block of Southeast 63rd Street. Someone broke into victim’s laundry room window, entered the residence and took more than $44,000 of items.

Construction site theft: Overnight, 5200 block of 163rd Place Southeast. Unknown suspect stole more than $4,000 worth of items from a construction site, including a pallet of cedar shingles and cedar dimensional materials.

Vehicle keyed: 2 a.m., 600 block of 14th Place Northeast. A vehicle was damaged after someone keyed it. The damage will cost more than $2,000 to fix.

Rape: Undisclosed location. Father reported that his daughter had been molested the day before by a known suspect.

Rolex: Overnight, 100 block of 160th Avenue Southeast. Victim was unable to find his $8,000 Rolex watch and provided suspect information.

Gold necklace: Overnight, 15300 block of Northeast Eighth Street. Someone stole victim’s $250 gold necklace from the Lamplighter Apartments.

Missing: 1:41 p.m., 10400 block of Northeast 26th Street. Victim’s friend reported her missing.

Rape: Undisclosed location. Victim reported that her boyfriend had raped her in 2007.

Battery booster: 1000 block of 106th Avenue Northeast. Someone stole a commercial battery booster worth more than $1,000 from the Bellevue Cadillac dealership.

Runaway: 6 p.m., 4600 block of Somerset Drive Southeast. Complainant reported her daughter as a juvenile runaway.
