Kidnapping: 8 p.m., 15000 block of Northeast 16th Place. Victim reported his apartment was burglarized, his car stolen and that he was kidnapped at knife point while the unknown suspect forced him to withdraw money from his bank account. The total amount of loss was more than $1,000.

Oct. 31

Burglary: 5:40 p.m., 15300 block of Southeast 25th Street. Suspects entered a home through the unlocked ground floor sliding glass door and stole two laptops worth more than $7,000.

Nov. 1

Laptop theft: 11 a.m., 10400 block of Southeast 14th Street. A laptop and bag were taken from a show home while the victim was away. The total loss was more than $1,000.

Nov. 2

Car fire: 8 p.m., 11700 block of Northeast Eighth Street. A vehicle fire was reported but the cause of the fire remains unknown.

Suicide: 1 p.m., Undisclosed location. After calling the police, the subject proceeded to commit suicide.

Nov. 3

Stolen purse: 9:13 p.m., 1400 block of 148th Avenue Southeast. A victim’s purse was taken from her by force. The total amount of her loss was estimated at $1,000.

Nov. 4

Theft: 7:36 p.m, 40 block of Bellevue Way Northeast. A suspect entered a store and took eight Northface Jackets without paying for them, resulting in a loss of property valued at $1,000.

Nov. 5

Verbal assault: 2:30 p.m., 16000 block of Southeast 16th Street. A student became verbally abusive with a teacher.

Nov. 6

Changing story: 8:50 a.m., 1000 block of Northup Way. A woman called police reporting that she was hit by her husband. The victim and suspect both denied there was an assault when police arrived, and there was no evidence of one.

Domestic violence: 9:25 p.m., 14700 block of Northeast 1st Place. A woman reported that she left her boyfriend due to domestic violence and threats to take her child away. She also reported physical abuse that occurred six months ago.

Nov. 7

Assault: 7:15 p.m., 16000 block of Northeast 10th Street. Around six juvenile females assaulted a 15-year-old at the Crossroads Community Center. Police released the victim, who was listed as a missing person, to her mother.

Nov. 8

Runaway: 12:00 p.m., 4600 block of Somerset Drive Southeast. A parent reported her juvenile daughter as a runaway.

Electronics stolen: 5:53 p.m., 4100 block of Factoria Boulevard Southeast. A man was robbed of his XBox video game console and iPod on a transit bus. The suspect had reportedly shown a gun at his waist line.

Assault: Between 11 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., 11700 block of Southeast 65th Street. A suspect assaulted a female victim by punching her in the face and hitting her with a vodka bottle.

Nov. 11

Exposure: 1:25 p.m., 3700 block of 150th Avenue Southeast. A male suspect exposed himself to a female victim.

Nov. 12

Burglary: 10:55 a.m., 500 block of 98th Avenue Northeast. An unknown suspect entered a residence and stole several electronic items worth a total estimated value of $2,000.

Questionable actions: 8:50 p.m., 15600 block of Northeast 8th Street. Security officers at Crossroads Mall advised they had received reports of an unknown white male who appeared to be contacting children inappropriately.

Nov. 13

Theft: Between 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., 600 block of Bellevue Way Northeast. Unknown suspect(s) stole a woman’s purse while she was dining, resulting in a total loss valued at $2,000.

Assault on grandmother: 3:07 p.m., 2200 block of 139th Place. A suspect punched his grandmother in the chest after a verbal disagreement.
