Motorcyclist dies in early morning crash on I-90 in Bellevue

A teenage motorcyclist was killed in a late-night accident on Sunday after he was ejected from his vehicle and hit by a passing Bellevue driver.

A teenage motorcyclist was killed in a late-night accident on Sunday after he was ejected from his vehicle and hit by a passing Bellevue driver.

Trevor Dmello, 19, was travelling westbound on Interstate 90 in Bellevue shortly after midnight on June 12 when he apparently lost control and was ejected from his vehicle. The Renton resident was just truck by a 22-year-old Bellevue driver, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Dmello, who was from Renton, died at the scene. The cause of the crash and his death are still under investigation.

The Bellevue driver was not injured or taken into police custody. He has not been charged with any crime at press time.
