Tom Douglas’ Serious Pie will open at The Village at Totem Lake in Kirkland, marking the famed restaurateur’s first Eastside location.
Serious Pie, described as “a pizzeria with a bread baker’s soul” will serve gourmet salads, sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas, house-made charcuterie, and artisan cheeses from around the world.
“Serious Pie is a great addition to our stellar restaurant line-up,” states Ray Chavez, General Manager for CenterCal Properties. “With Cinemark just steps away, we know it will be a popular destination for guests to enjoy dinner and a movie.”
Construction just began and Serious Pie’s anticipated opening date will be early next year.
