Three special needs Girl Scouts from Troop 1171 in Bellevue were recognized for their Girl Scout Gold Award projects at an areawide event Tuesday night, May 6.
Two of the Girl Scouts are adult-aged and qualified for the highest award a girl member can earn.
Girl Scout Gold recipients were:
Annie Bacha – Collection Drive for Therapy Clinic in Moldova, Russia
Debbie Bacha – Helping Special Needs Girls Succeed at a Camp Skills Overnight Event
Heather Lockhart – Helping Special Needs Kids Attend Camp
