10th Bellevue Jazz & Blues Festival brings rhythm to downtown

From May 31 to June 4, the Bellevue Downtown Association will bring together top jazz and blues artists to Downtown Bellevue. More than forty live performances are set to play across 15 venues in and around Downtown.

Featured artists, jazz and blues vocalist Catherine Russell and American blues and reggae artists The Corey Harris Band, will perform at the Meydenbauer Center Theatre. Local dance band Radio Raheem kicks off the festival at Bake’s Place on Wednesday, May 31, with The Rumba Kings on Thursday, June 1. A Student Showcase featuring regional high and middle school jazz combos performing at Bellevue Arts Museum, June 3-4, highlights emerging talent in the Puget Sound area.
