Bellevue Arts Museum to host national ceramic exhibition

The Bellevue Arts Museum was recently chosen to be one of the hosts for the 2012 National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) Invitational Exhibition.

The Bellevue Arts Museum has once again proven its merit in the local and national arts scene.

The museum was recently chosen to be one of the hosts for the 2012 National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) Invitational Exhibition.

The NCECA selects a major city in America annually to host the NCECA conference, usually taking place during the last week of March. Both Seattle and Bellevue were selected as host cities for the 46th annual conference.

The bulk of the four-day exhibition will take place at the Bellevue Arts Museum, Seattle Convention Center and the Seattle Sheraton Hotel.

The Bellevue Arts Museum is expecting between 1,500 to 2,000 people to attend the opening night reception for the Invitational Exhibition and more than 6,000 visitors during the overall conference.
