Artisanal Brasserie & Winebar to host wine dinner Feb. 24

Artisanal Brasserie & Winebar, located on the second level of The Shops at The Bravern, will host the first in a series of Wine Dinners on Wednesday, Feb. 24.

The kick-off dinner will feature the tastes of five distinct Saviah Cellars wines paired with five French-Mediterranean courses by Chef Terrance Brennan.

The menu features dishes like Wild Alaskan Salmon with Leek Fondue; Pommes Maxime and Beurre Rouge; and Duck Bourguignone A’la Grand Mere with Parsnip Puree. Saviah Cellars’ winemaker will be on hand to discuss the five Columbia Valley and Walla Walla Valley wines, along with Artisanal’s Sommelier, Jason Miller.

The 5-course menu with paired wines is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
