I disagree with President Obama, Speaker Pilosi, Seattle Mayor McGinn and Bill Gates senior that you can increase taxes on enterprising individuals and commerce with entitlement transfers to the less inclined and have a thriving economy.

Ultimately, the math works no better than trying to pay yourself for a spending spree by reaching into your own pockets.
