Region deserves better than 3-county albatross | Letter

Regarding Bill Hirt’s letter (Jan. 5) on Sound Transit. Sadly, Sound Transit stopped being about “transit” long ago. Now Sound Transit is mostly about maintaining and growing a three-county albatross with minimum accountability or results. Hence the lack of additional Sound Transit buses on key routes or attendant parking at key hubs, as mentioned in Mr. Hirt’s letter. The region deserves better.
