Welsh promoted at GA Creative

Jeff Welsh has been named Design Director at GA Creative, a graphic design and marketing firm in Bellevue.

Welsh joined GA in 1999 as a designer. Since that time, he has managed dozens of projects and design, writing and web teams. Among his clients are Paccar, Microsoft and First Mutual Bank.
