Upcoming senior living campus in Bellevue appoints Executive Director

On March 29 Koelsch Communities, a family-owned and operated senior living provider, announced the hiring of Julie Luce, RN, to act as Executive Director for their upcoming $93 million development in Bellevue, Belle Harbour.

“I have a tremendous amount of respect for Koelsch Communities and couldn’t be happier to lead the team at Belle Harbour,” said Luce. “Everything that Koelsch does is personal and for the benefit of its residents, their families, health care providers and the community at-large.”

Luce has over 18 years of healthcare experience and will be returning to Koelsch Communities after serving as Vice President and Regional Director at Cascadia Senior Living.

Belle Harbour, which is expected to open in the winter of 2022, is a living facility for those ages 55 years and above and focuses on assisted living and memory care. The site is 142,000 square feet and will offer over 150 apartments and suites and is expected to create 120 new jobs in the city of Bellevue.
