Benaroya Company moving headquarters to Bellevue

The Benaroya Company announced Tuesday that after more than 50 years in Seattle it is moving its headquarters to Bellevue on August 1.

The Benaroya Company announced Tuesday that after more than 50 years in Seattle it is moving its headquarters to Bellevue on August 1. Benaroya will be occupying 8,300 square feet in its I-90 Center South office building located at 3600 136th Place S.E in Bellevue, bringing it to 100 percent occupancy.

For the past seven years, The Benaroya Company has been headquartered at Seattle’s Metropolitan Park West, a 3- tower office complex which it sold in October 2005 to Chicago-based Walton Street Capital.

“We’re very pleased to be moving to Bellevue. Benaroya I-90 Center South is a great building in a great location,” states Larry Benaroya, principal of The Benaroya Company. “We look forward to occupying space we own once again and being part of Bellevue’s vibrant business community.”

Benaroya I-90 Center South is a 79,869-square-foot, four-story, office building on the I-90 Corridor in Bellevue. Other tenants in the building include Blinkx, BizXchange, NuMark Office Interiors and Quantum.
