Andrew Barlass has joined Umpqua Bank as Senior Vice President and Manager of Commercial Banking. Barlass to Lead Commercial Banking in the Greater Bellevue and east Seattle-metropolitan area.

Barlass has 38 years of banking and financial services experience. Before joining Umpqua Bank, he was the president, CEO and founder of the Bank of Bellevue.
